Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation

Payment for your stay is made on the day of check-in in Japanese yen.

Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before check-in.

For cancellations made:

• 14 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.

• 6 to 2 days before check-in: 70% of the total reservation price will be charged.

• 1 day before check-in, on the day of check-in, or in case of no-show: 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

If a cancellation fee applies, magichour camp calyptus will contact you regarding the payment method.

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy

magichour camp calyptus is located in a natural mountain environment, where weather conditions can affect your camping experience.

If continuous rain or unsuitable weather conditions are expected to significantly affect your stay, we will contact you in advance to discuss possible cancellation or rescheduling options.

Any cancellation approved by magichour camp calyptus due to weather conditions will be free of charge.

If strong winds, storms, or severe weather warnings are expected, we will also contact you beforehand to discuss changes to your reservation.

In rare cases, magichour camp calyptus may need to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or conditions that could affect guest safety.

Whenever possible, we will notify guests as early as possible.

In such cases, guests may choose either:

• A full refund of any payments already made, or

• Rescheduling their stay to another available date.

Early Departure

If guests choose to leave early after arrival due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
