What We Believe
Whenever we make a decision, we ask ourselves two simple questions:
“Will this make the forest smile?”
“And will this make the people who come here smile?”
We believe that when the forest is happy, the people who visit can feel that happiness too.
Nature and people are not separate. By caring for this place with respect and patience, we hope to create a space where both can thrive together.

Living alongside this forest has taught us to slow down, listen, and accept the rhythm of nature.
We believe travel can be like this, too.
Beyond famous cities, busy sightseeing spots, and carefully planned itineraries, there is another Japan — one that can be discovered through people, connections, and unexpected moments.
Here, we hope to welcome travelers not simply as guests, but more like friends visiting a home.
There is no need to rush or follow a fixed schedule. We believe that sometimes, the most meaningful moments are found when we leave a little space for the unexpected and let the journey unfold naturally.

Through the connections made here, we hope you can experience a quieter, more personal side of Japan — the kind of Japan you might discover through a friend, rather than a tour.
It is not a rule.
It is simply the way we choose to live and welcome people.
